I have been using this for a month now and it works perfectly fine without any issues. The installation is very easy if you are a handy person and if you know a bit about automobiles (especially for the rear camera as it needs to connect with the power wire of the reverse light). It comes with cables with appropriate length as i could install and hide them in the car easily. The Clarity of the front camera is exceptional even at night time. The smart car functions help in driving with ease and provide accurate alarms and warnings. I have another front and back camera in my other car, however, I would give this one full point that it includes the safety features with high-quality resolution. I certainly liked this product and it's a must-buy if you don't have the safety functions in your car.

Looks good and works well.
pictures are clear, quality is good, has lots of features that you may or may not use.
However a couple of things need improvement:
1. Power and video cords are too short, even for my sedan. I need to have the wires hidden so I have to route the the along the frame. For my sedan, the wires are 1M short so I had to spend the time extending them. No fun
2. As someone has already pointed out, the screen off time of 1 minute is too long. Wish it has 30 Seconds as an option
3. Instructions on installation - Should have pointed out which side is up when install, especially with the rear view camera lens. Too bad that after drilling the hole and installation, found out that the lens should be switched upside down and had to rework
4. Mirror design: the mirror should have been made bigger. It cannot even cover up my sedan's mirror. Plus, the front lens should be allowed to extend out further so that the mirror can be placed at the center of the existing mirror. AND, the lens extend out should be on the right side so that it does not interfere the view of the driver which is on the left side. May be for countries where driver seats are on the right side, a different design should be sold.

I am currently conversing with the Pelsee directly to see if a resolution can be met, I will update this review if this issue is resolved.

I really like all the features of this dashcam and I think it is cool, unfortunately once the sd card fills up the dash cam stops recording for me. From talking with the company it seems this is not the norm, but at this point they have not provided me with any solution to this issue.

Whats worse is that I was recently involved in a minor crash. Thankfully it was nothing too major, but guess what wasn’t recording!! You got it, the dashcam! Because this dashcam was not working correctly it left me liable for any fees resulting from the accident. I was not at fault for the accident but I cannot prove this is the case as I have no dashcam footage to back it up :(

So for the time being it is a really cool dashcam, it just doesn’t work super well as a dashcam. I really hope I can get this issue resolved because I really like everything else about it, but if this issue is not resolved than I will not be using this dashcam any longer.

This is an all around great product. It looks nice, constructed well and doesn't look cheaply made. Both front and rear cameras have great quality, at least what I would consider great... I'm not a professional videographer or anything, but it's clear enough for what i need, both day and night. The voice commands and touch screen are pleasantly responsive and easy to navigate; they're very user friendly and intuitive, I didn't need to read the instructions to figure it out. The package came with everything listed and all worked straight out of the box.
I have a pretty long truck, and the rear camera cable ended up being a few feet too short to route the cable the way I wanted it and have the camera where I wanted. I contacted costumer support to inquire about buying a longer one. They responded within 24 hours with the information I requested. They were super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. And there are so many optimize the unit to your preference. This product’s quality is great, does a great job and is easy to install. Just put the screen on top of the existing mirror and keep it in place. It's very secure. It even comes with an SD card, I highly recommend it.

I need a mirror camera recorder because I have a hatchback sports car and there is no visibility. People hate driving my car with a camera mirror but I absolutely love it. I can see 360 degrees of my car. If there is an accident then I know I have it on film. I just pop the sd card and hook it up to my phone to watch it. It takes a good half hour to set up the camera. They give you all of the necessary tools for it as well. It works right when you plug it in. You only need one plug in. The quality of the camera is solid. Very clear on my phone too. I’m so happy.
