Each page has a large drawing space with primary ruled lines below. The primary ruling is 0.5 inches tall with a dotted midline for proper letter formation through tall, small and fall letters. Tall letters extend above the dotted blue midline. Small letters sit on the red baseline and do not extend above the midline. Fall letters (or descending letters) drop below the red baseline. The large drawing space helps grow creative expression and visual learning. Budding artists can use pencils, pens, markers, crayons, paint, stickers and stamps to fill the space with their creations. The perfect learn to write companion, this kids journal improves fine motor skills and sight word mastery through writing and drawing.
