Yes, there may be no studies validating this works. But after having three friends personally swear by them, we tried them to help our preemie who was having trouble passing gas on her own. They seemed to work for us too, though it took a couple days. Didn’t 100% solve the issue but definitely helped. Baby also seems to like the taste.

The syringe lid that comes with them is very difficult to get an accurate dose with, we just bought some washable ones.
