Only used it twice, so sharing what I know so far. Reviews maybe a little better if from 1 to 10, as I think I would give this product a 9 out of 10. Read the instructions before you use it, the instructions are great, and it stops with the correct pressure. I thought it was enough money, and for people with air mattresses it would be a great to have an additional electrical plug. If it had both plugs, a bag that was larger and a net bag to hold the attachment, those are the 3 improvements, I would make. However I would recommend the product as it is fairly quite, light and quiet quick to fill a paddle board, believe it was 3 to 4 minutes. Replacing the bag with a bigger one was easy, and going to purchase a net bag for the tips. Overall I am quite happy with this product, as it is fairly compact as well.

I finally got to use the pump and I’m so glad I ordered it. It saves the pumping of the paddle board and plugs right into your car.

It does take longer to blow up than I expected but it’s completely worth it.

I love this air pump and was able to use it a few times last year just after I purchased it. The adapters are great and versatile and it worked well with my inflatable SUP. I haven't used it on anything other than my paddle board, but I am confident that it would work well.

It should be straightforward, and proper explanation in the instructions would be. Don't use an adapter to plug into a regular household outlet, it won't work. Don't have the car running when using the 12v plug, it won't work. Ignition on accessory only and it works. The gauge does NOT work. We set it to 13 psi to inflate a SUP. At 5psi we shut it off because it was rock hard and not even halfway to the set psi. We wanted to use this and skip bringing the manual pump but we'll have to bring both just to double check the psi so we don't over inflate.
Pro: it saves you killing yourself using a manual pump
Con: gauge is not accurate so another gauge to avoid over inflation is necessary

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
I purchased 3 of these pumps as gifts, all at the same time. One of these pumps started smoking, got very hot, and then stopped working after over heating so badly. He was scared to try it again, as he was worried it would start on fire. All 3 pumps did not shut off properly with the auto-shut off feature. After all of that happened, I messaged the company and told them the problems that all 3 pumps were having and that I was NOT AT ALL satisfied with their product, and that I was requesting a full refund. They tried to tell me that they had tested this product and that they had never run into this problem before. Then they requested a video of the pump smoking and also wanted me to take apart the plug and check some fuse in the plug. I explained to them that I had purchased these as a gift and that there was no way of getting a video of the pump smoking, as it was not my experience when the pump was smoking.
I explained that the pump would have to be under load pumping, to recreate the same scenario and that I was worried it would start on fire, and I had no way of doing that. Also I had no idea how to take apart the plug, to check the fuse. Plus I was worried if I tampered with the pumps at all, they would say that it was my fault for tampering with them. We went back and forth with messages a few times and they kept throwing ridiculous requests at me, and finally I had to get Amazon involved to get a full refund. I had spent well over $300.00 and they had not offered me anything, but stress and grief with the whole situation, and it took a very long, long time to get the whole thing resolved. I would NOT recommend this pump to anyone, and I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from "Outdoor Master" in general, because their company was NOT willing to do anything to rectify the situation or to appease me as a customer, and they drug their feet as long as they could, trying to make me jump though ridiculous hoops, I'm sure in hoping that I would just give up and walk away, because they were making it so difficult for me. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I’ve tried four other brands of electric air pumps for paddle boards, and this one is the keeper. The others got hot, wouldn’t inflate more than one board, would shut off randomly even with a preset PSI, etc. definitely have been recommending this one to friends. I’ve aired up two sups each time I use it and it takes about 8min a sup and has a great connection point. One note- I wish these companies had more flexible, quality hoses like my dewalt battery powered air compressor. This one was the best but still is a little stiff

 I ordered this pump after 2 years of hand pumping! I was put off electric pumps because of their noise and really expected some poor quality, will last 5 minutes, type of equipment.
I am glad to report that I took a chance on this pump after reading all the reviews.
The pump itself feels solid and well made. It comes with a flexible hose, a variety of valve attachments, a good length power lead, instruction book and a handy little bag to keep everything in.
The pump is very simple to operate, connect the hose to the pump and select the correct attachment for your board. Once the hose is connected to the board plug the power lead into the pump and your power outlet on your car / van. Select psi or Bar and using the + or - buttons set the pressure you would like to inflate to (in my case 15 psi) then press the start button. To get from 0 to 15 psi took 12 minutes and zero effort 😁. It usually takes me around 8 minutes to pump by hand, but I end up a sweaty mess 😬. When the pump achieved the selected pressure, it shuts off automatically.
The pump was not warm to the touch after it had completed it's task, so I would assume it is working well within its limits.
As far as noise output, I was expecting it to sound like one of those horrible car tyre inflator pumps, that sound like they're going to rattle themselves to bits, but it was a much lower pitch sound, not quiet by any means, but definitely acceptable.
Overall I'm really happy with it and am looking forward to my next outing more, now that the hard work will be done for me.

Noi lo usiamo per una tenda da campeggio gonfiabile di dechatlon, che vanno gonfiate ad una certa pressione. Assolutamente praticissimo. Rende il montaggio della tenda molto rapido e easy. Zero fatica, zero stress. Si alimenta con la presa da auto e il cavo di alimentazione è di una lunghezza giusta, ma personalmente ho preso anche un adattatore per alimentarlo con una presa di corrente, pensateci se dovete gonfiare cose lontani dall'automobile.
