I read a few reviews stating the case was hard to install. Which seemed rather exaggerated. Took a chance on the case anyway. It is weird to install, but it's not difficult. I found that removing the plastic from the rubber by the charging port first, and then moving left and right outwards, then up was the easiest method to get the case apart. Then installing it is just a matter of seating your phone in the back part of the case, and then working the plastic trim back into place. Again, easier to start from the charging port and work your way up. Doesn't feel as thick and bulky as the other defender cases. Buttons are stuff but I use a little strip of electrical tape on the inside of the buttoms fixed that pretty quickly. Been a common issue with OtterBox for a while, only for Andriod though so that's weird. Anyway, 10/10 case. Looks and feels good to hold.
