(NOTE: I just realized I ordered a different one on Amazon CA before! And not only that, the 24-pack is cheaper with a lot more popcorn than this one! Ugh! I already opened this so it's a bit too late now, I guess. Oh! Also, the expiry date is Sept 2023, a bit too close for my liking to be honest!)-(NOTE#2: I tried the NEW 24-pack and I don't know why there's a difference between the two (quality-wise). I gave it glowing reviews years ago. Yet, until now, that review still holds up by the way. So I'll be avoiding the pantry version from now on. Oh, and please know tho, that for most people - they probably may not notice the difference. But the thing is, this pack contains 18 bags x 82g, and yet is more expensive at $14.34. While the other one has 99g x 24 packs at $13.97 ... no idea what's going on to be honest, lol.)-It's been ages since I last ordered the previous batch. The quality in my opinion is not as good as back then. This is much closer to the regular unimpressive Orville popcorn I used to have back in the day. It's why I wasn't impressed at the time. My opinion still hasn't changed since back then.I don't know if my previous order just had a nice batch of corn kernels at the time and I just got lucky. No idea. In any case, Not only is this different, there were tons of pieces that didn't have butter on it. If this is the 'extra' buttery version, I'm not keen to find out how little 'butter' the other one has.

This is great popcorn - true to the name, it's extra buttery, but also surprisingly light and fluffy. What really struck me is that it pops very "cleanly" - very minimal unpopped kernels, but without any of it coming out overdone. One bag makes a LOT, so have a very, very large bowl at the ready.
