I got this in a combo pack w/ L-Theanine to help me with my metabolism. I don’t have PCOS but share the same low energy and insulin resistance feelings it has so I tried this out. When I started taking this, daily in the morning before I ate anything, I started taking a high dose of Vitamin D3 and normal dose of iron simultaneously. I noticed immediately that I would be more energetic throughout the day; didn’t need naps, would be overall more attentive in classes. I also started drinking a lot more water and the greatest effect of eating this for me (idk if it’s tied scientifically to this) was whenever I would eat carbs. I wouldn’t feel heavy or bloated, I would digest food (use the loo and such) quicker and I would STILL HAVE ENERGY! (instead of skipping into mini food comas after every meal). I genuinely believe this ^^ combo pushed over into my gym routine; as now I was more routinely going BECAUSE I had that extra energy and I wasn’t “heavy” from meals I ate, which was a very strong motivator for not being more active before. Take this! Try it out; bol!!
