First off, I love the convenience of this powder. It mixes easily with water, and the individual packets are perfect for tossing in my gym bag or keeping in my desk drawer for a quick pick-me-up.

Taste-wise, it's pretty neutral, which is great because it doesn't overpower whatever drink I mix it with. Plus, it's not overly sweet like some other electrolyte drinks on the market, which is a big win for me.

In terms of performance, I've noticed a significant difference in my energy levels and overall hydration since incorporating this powder into my routine. It helps me replenish electrolytes lost through sweat, keeping cramps and fatigue at bay.

These are hands down the best electrolytes on the market. Made with quality ingredients that won;t hurt your tummy, and they taste really great. The passionfruit flavour is the best! Mixing both raspberry and lemon make a delicious summer drink.

I use these during the hot days of a heatwave to make sure I am retaining water when sweating a lot. I also use them when working out, and when I have drank a bit too much the night before. They work wonderfully for quenching thirst, and I find my sugar / salt cravings are non-existent when I have one of these.

I think they could take the sweetness down to 50-75% and it would still be plenty sweet. But I do like the simple, clean ingredients so I will likely repurchase. I hope they make a less sweet version someday!
