Many of my family and friends suggested I try the Organika Enhanced Collagen because I’ve had some joint issues in my knees - while working out I find it difficult to complete a full range squat or lunge without my knees cracking or feeling weak.I’ve tried some other natural health supplements, such as Calcium Magnesium, but do not enjoy taking pill supplements daily. The fact that Enhanced Collagen can come in powder form was definitely a driving factor for me to purchase Organika’s Enhanced Collagen!I ordered this product through Amazon Prime and it arrived within two days, as indicated when I originally placed my order.I stir 1 tablespoon of the Enhanced Collagen in my coffee every morning. I started using the collagen approximately 1.5 months ago.The first time I used the collagen I assumed it would create an unpleasant aftertaste or change the consistency of my coffee, so I was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t need to compromise on the taste of my daily cup while receiving the health benefits of the collagen.Since starting my daily use, I have noticed a decrease in my knee discomfort while working out. Although I do get some pain if I focus specifically on working out my legs, I am no longer left with days of discomfort after my workouts.I’ve also noticed that the collagen has helped with my skin (an awesome perk for anyone with skin care issues!)I have combination skin (dry and oily), and I have noticed that the collagen has helped with decreasing the amount of dry spots I have on my face. You can add a tablespoon of collagen to your smoothies, coffee, tea. If you want to keep it super simple you can even add to a glass of water! I have not added to water so I'm not sure if there are any changes to taste, consistency, etc.Easy to ingest: If you're like me and don't like taking pill supplements, Enhanced Collagen can be a great alternative to supporting healthy joints.I love this product, but like everything there is always areas for improvement:Cost: As the only one who utilizes the Enhanced Collagen in my household, I found the cost on Amazon Prime to be reasonable for my use. I have had this for over 1 month and still have over half of the tub full. However, if you have a larger family that will be using the product daily I suggest looking at purchasing from Costco. Costco offers a larger size at wholesale pricing. This could be seasonal; however, it is definitely worth checking out.I would definitely re-purchase this item as I have noticed some positive effects since taking it. If you have mild joint discomfort, collagen may be a suitable natural-health option for you!
