This is a homeopathic preparation, which means it's diluted many times until it only contains the frequency of the original product. Homeopathic medicine has it's uses, but when it comes to something that is meant to be a binder and absorb toxins and pull them out, I cant see how a diluted version will do that. I use activated charcoal when adding antibacterial herbs to my diet because it works wonderfully to immedietly stop any die off symptoms from the endotoxins released from the dying bacteria. This product however didn't do anything fo me in regards to that which is what made me open the capsule to realize it's white inside and then read its diluted 8x. Perhaps this product has a use, I just don't know what it would be.b
