The Orange prepaid SIM cards from Amazon we advertised as compatible with Spain and all of the EU. I inserted the cards into my phones and tried to activate in Amsterdam but was unable to contact the provider, Orange. Once in Spain, I was able to contact Orange and was informed that they were unable to activate and required me to visit one of their stores with my passport in order to activate the cards. When I arrived at the store in Malaga, Spain the attendant refused to activate citing some company policy that disallowed activation. He said my only recourse was to purchase different cards in the store, otherwise go without Cellular coverage. I purchased the instore cards and returned the prepaid cards.

D'accord avec les autres commentaires: La carte doit être activée en espagne mais une fois dans le portable on doit avoir une connection Wifi pour le faire ce qui n'a pas été évident au sortir de l'aéroport. Sinon pas moyen de la faire malgréla carte sim dans l'appareil. fonctionne trèsbien en Espagne, tome à 0 dès qu'on utilise en France et envoi un message seulement en espagnol demandant la recharge immédiate (rooming bouffe tout). Comme aucune instruciton disponible avec la carte livrée et rien sur internet, les codes Orange de questionnement de la carte sim orange changent complètement selon le pays (France, Maroc, Espagne...) IL faut donc trouver une boutique et les gens en majorité très acceuillants. On renouvelle sur place à peu de frais. On explique que les cartes achetées internet sont comme ça, pas si achetée enboutique... Cette carte fonctionne cependant très bien sans rooming au Portugal.

On a pas été en mesure d’activer la carte. La boutique Orange a refuser de nous donner le service puisque l’on n’avait pas acheté la carte dans sa boutique. Elle m’a donné un numéro de téléphone à appeler…. En oubliant que je la consulte pour mon cellulaire qui ne fonctionne pas…. Comment appeler? J’ai contacté le support avec les informations demandées tel que photo du passeport et le numéro à activer sans résultat.

Je suis 100% satisfait et je disposait de plus de données que j'en ai eu finalement besoin pour un voyage de 22 jours en Espagne. Petit conseil, gardez le support de la carte SIM puisqu'il y a inscrit dessus le NIP d'activation une fois rendu à destination.
