I recently added the Nutravonic Purified Shilajit Capsules to the list of supplements I take regularly, I started taking these capsules in an attempt to improve my overall vitality. It states that each capsule contains 250 mg of pure Himalayan Shilajit with 50% Fulvic Acid. Taking two capsules daily, I get a potent 500 mg dose that supports my overall wellness. Shilajit is well known for its rejuvenating properties, and this product so far has seemed to deliver, its not an obvious tonic boost but I have felt an improved feel relating to my morning and gym routine. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and there were no noticeable changes initially but I have seen a gradual shift over the weeks (results depend on the person Id say). Overall the pills are easy to ingest and there is no aftertaste when they go down. Good product.

The claim is that this is Himalayan Shilajit that has been tested by an independent lab, but there is no mention of the actual lab that tested it. Also, Lab tested shilajit does not guarantee that it is in the right dosage/potency. Taking this purely at face value, I can confirm that the effects of Shilajit aren't overnight, so you'll need to test this out for a few doses to actually see benefits. Sustained, timed dosage is required along with a good lifestyle for it to show any effect - it is after all, a supplement, not a magic pill.

Supplements are one of those things where the quality really matters. My wife & I feel good knowing that Nutravonic is a company that has been producing their products in Canada to a high standard. The capsules seem well made, and arrive nicely packaged.

Lately I've seen a fair bit of buzz in the media about Shilajit, if you haven't read up on the stuff, I'd suggest taking a minute to google it up. Shilajit is an excellent bio-available antioxidant organic compound, and the research that has been done on it has demonstrated a whole bunch of health benefits. The key thing with Shilajit is to make sure you are getting it from a trusted source that properly purifies it to remove heavy metals and other toxins that might be naturally present in it. Nutravonic is a Canadian company, we have used some other products of theirs previously, and I trust they have done a thorough purification process that is up to Canadian standards. Again, if you're not familiar with Shilajit - take a minute to read about it, it's quite the stuff.

Shilijit seems to be the real deal and has really gained popularity in the last few years.
All Shilijit I have on hand is pretty much the same in terms of quality testing and manufacture in a Canadian facility. Also, they are also the same 50% fulvic acid and 250 mg per dose. Also after taking them, they all have the same effect.
The main thing I’m rating on is price value. Nutravonic really did it good here by offering a larger size of bottle and got the price down to almost half of some of its competitors.

For me, Shilijit definitely does something but I don’t know if its a good thing.
It makes me angry. So it must be doing something with my testosterone levels. I’ve actually had to stop taking it mid day has it does make me unbearable.
