At room temperature, it was quite soupy—nothing like nut butter or other spreads. When I put it in the fridge, it completely solidified, making it challenging to spread using a butter knife. If you're okay with keeping it in the refrigerator, then giving it a 20-30 second warm in the microwave, then it's an acceptable speed.
Taste-wise, it's a bit bland, but spread it on keto treats, keto-baked breakfast goods, and desserts, it livens them up!
