Arrived on time and well packaged. Took about a minute to set up in the van and pair with my Pixel 5, adjusted the radio frequency to match what was showing on the display and that was it all done. Checked the sound quality for music and phone calls, that's where I noticed the flaw. The music and phone calls sound really good but there is a very slight distortion almost like when you turn up an amplifier too high and the sound starts to distort very slightly. Apart from that, it works as advertised. Very easy way to add Bluetooth connectivity to an older vehicle without having wires dangling everywhere. I also like that the plugin adapter offers a 5V 2.1 amp usb socket to charge your devices on the go. I also like that when I use Google Maps for navigation, it plays through the radio so I can hear it better. I haven't used it to make calls or receive calls as I use the Google assistant built into the phone for that so can't comment on the microphone quality, but it does what I want it to do and that's all I need. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an older vehicle for hands free calling and texting (through Google Assistant) or playing music from Amazon Prime music or Spotify and the like.

I had my original one for roughly a little over a year until it got broken in an accident, in which I immediately ordered another one. The second one arrived in the exact same quality as the first which was very good.

The neck is fully adjustable although a bit stiff at first and it makes it much easier to see the screen especially if your cigarette lighter is in an awkward place. The skip/channel buttons are very handy and responsive. The screen light is dim enough where it's not distracting if you're driving at night but still bright enough where you can clearly read it if you need to. The charger on the adapter is fast and reliable and I love having access to it when I need it. I personally have not used the SD slot or aux port, so I don't have any input on the function of those features.

Overall I adore this adapter and if you have an older car that doesn't have Bluetooth, it's amazing to have.

I bought this unit to add iPhone hands-free operation to my 2003 Nissan Murano. Set up is simple and quick, including finding an open FM channel (higher frequencies provide better sound quality!). iPhone pairing was immediate and once I set the unit “device type” to “Car Stereo” on my iPhone, volume and “Driving” functionality worked fine. I was able to stream music from my phone through the unit to my car stereo. There was some loss of sound quality but that could be minimized by moving to a higher FM frequency.

I was able to accept incoming calls by pressing the unit’s central button and end calls the same way. Callers reported satisfactory sound quality on the calls; in any car other than the Murano, where the microphone is behind the radio console, I’m sure sound quality would be very good. I was satisfied with the incoming sound quality which, as with music, was partly dependent on a “clean” FM channel.

The deal breaker for me was the unit’s failure to activate Siri with a long press of the central button. Without Siri control, placing calls requires using the phone keypad, good for an expensive ticket. Same with texts. I returned the unit.

Not the best quality, but probably on par with what should be expected from a BT to FM transmitter. It’s nice to get my phone’s audio in my old car. Channel selection is important. My first open channel didn’t give a good result, but when I tried another vacant frequency then it was much better.

Have a couple older cars that don't have Bluetooth connection. It was worried about whether there be bleeding-over from neighboring stations because there are SO many in Los Angeles basin. Nope it works great. Pairs from quickly to immediately and has excellent sound. With this device you get three levels of volume. One from your device, the second from the bt transmitter and the third is your radio.
Setting the frequency is super easy. The first station I set it to had some noise so I changed it to another frequency in less than 5 seconds. I have the unit in my back seat, just because my car is set up differently and there isn't any issues in transmitter to radio in that 6 feet. The unit transmission is strong enough but still keeps it from interfering with neighboring cars receivers.
The charge port works OK. Kids use it some and no issues.
Very happy so far.

After having had a few FM transmitters over the past (feels like) decades or so, This one does 'what it says on the tin'. "The guru of FM transmitters".
Used on a 2008 Astra, no aux available, just connected up via cigarette lighter and synch to 87.5fm.
Great large clear screen makes it easy to see what you are doing. With the screen on continually, it also makes it easier to see without having to click on it to 'waken it up'.
'Next' and 'back' buttons are large and work perfect for me using Spotify. (Still to test out on sd card or usb pen drive).
Charger works perfect also.
Easy to install and instructions are great and easy to follow.
Quality of both Music through car radio and telephone quality is so good.
To note - Volume needs to be raised a couple of clicks to hear clearly, so be aware if changing radio station to another channel. Volume button on device is in great location, but I tend to use steering wheel controls.
