Très belle chope, fragile
Le Jarl m'a demandé une review et le Jarl aura sa review.Premièrement je suis très satisfait de ce produit :Le petit sac de transport est sympathique et rustique, ce serait bien d'enlever les logos et autres numéros de l'usine à l'intérieur mais rien de gênant.La choppe en elle même:Alors que dire ?Elle est ENORME. Ne sachant pas compter en Ounce et ayant tendance à acheter au coup de coeur je n'avais pas réalisé sa taille, c'est une très agréable surprise. Elle a avalée entierement une bouteille de 750ML de Trois Pistole.La choppe en elle même est jolie et semble solide. La poignée me semble peut etre un peu fragile (elle risque de casser sur un mouvement trop brusque a mon avis et pourrait etre plus épaisse) mais en dehors de cela je suis vraiment très satisfait. Le toucher est très doux (la tasse a été polie et certainement vernie). Elle est plutot légère et la majorité du poids semble venir de la base en bois. Boire dedans n'a posé aucun problème majeur a part réussir à finir son contenu.Bref si vous vous sentez l'âme d'un viking voilà un produit pour vous !Piste d'améliorations:Si le Jarl passe par ici, préférez une gravure pour la base plutot qu'une impression du nom de la marque et essayez de faire une poignée un chouilla plus épaisse. Et pensez à accrocher l'étiquette ailleurs qu'au milieu du sac.Update 02 Septembre 2019La chope à commencé à fuiter puis s'est tout simplement cassée au niveau de la base. Je ne sait pas si cet exemplaire était défectueux mais je suis un peu déçu pour le coup

Pretty nice , looks sturdy , strong wood bottom , fits 2 cups as described ( maybe few ml less but not much ) . Down side, the handle is smaller than I thought , big hands don’t fit easily, but still very cool .

Great craftsmanship and such a cool item to have. It certainly makes you feel like a viking. No leaks whatsoever, holds about 650ml which is more than expected but each is different. I saw other peoples pictures that showed the polished versions as a darker colour with white writing and was pleased to see mine was the same (unlike the picture amazon has that shows blue writing, perhaps they need to update their product picture). 1 year warranty as well with these.

This is the second time purchasing from this company. The first one I got was a drinking horn, and it’s been over a year of use and it’s still in perfect condition. It makes for a great talking piece and everyone seems to want one of their own! I’m happy to say my second purchase brings equal enjoyment and satisfaction in their product. This one is a gift for my brother, and as we’re Norwegian decendants I thought it would be an excellent choice for a gift.
I also LOVE that they ethically source their horns and don’t harm any animals. The horns are harvested after these animals are deceased (for whatever matter that might be). Please read their site for full details on how they ethically source the horns as my description doesn’t explain it fully. They also have fantastic customer service and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their product.

Love the natural look of the horns but was disappointed by the lack of craftsmanship in the finished look. Ordered the polish finish on both horns and each one had scratches most likely from using the wrong grit sandpaper also a few spots on the horns were not %100 sealed and one handle has a small crack that being said I did not experience a bad odor from these horns and I have not filled either one with any liquid yet as I am still repairing them myself with epoxy.
