Takes a few steps to become operational
Great product - if not a little pricey. Looks sharp and fits well near other appliances. It DID take some troubleshooting to first get operational though - as the internal hose had some air bubbles in it, preventing the water to transfer from the reservoir. But after going through some TS with their phone support, it works perfectly now.Happy with the purchase and wouldrecommend…but there are more affordable options if this isn’t in your range.

I’m usually a thorough reader when it comes to buying anything online. However the product I got was used. I don’t think this was very clear. As you can see from the pictures the packaging was in rough shape. After seeing the broken plastic in the box, I didn’t want to take any chances on this product. I was able to return it and I’m waiting for my refund. Please read everything in the ads so you don’t experience what I went through.
