This is a good machine if you like having those coffee cups full of flavour made by nespresso. Myself I just like a regular cup of coffee with no specials hints of cocoa from the mountain edges of Madagascar, and aromas of the volcanic Maui shores.
So I just buy the Starbucks pike place cups. Hoping they soon have blonde roast in the 250ml.
Looks nice enough, and the aerocinno milk frother is great keeping that coffee hot. I find any of these k pod, nespresso cup type machines don’t brew the hottest. So the hot milk is a great additive. Wouldn’t want it without the add on.

I purchased this machine late in 2020. I moved to Ontario in September 2021 and started using it. I have had many problems with the machine and blamed it on my inexperience. However, my daughter purchased the same model and she has relegated her machine to the basement. Same problems. It is unreliable, noisy, coffee goes into waste bin, the crema leaks down front of machine. I have wasted so many pods and they are expensive. The orange light goes on. It does not need cleaning. I purchased this model because it seemed like good value. However, it is a cheap model and I shall purchase another product. I would not give any stars to this machine. I give the machine a 1 star rating in order to submit this comlaint.

I received the first machine but I couldn't get it to sink up with my phone so I called customer service. They tried but it still would not work. So they sent me another one and I had it within two days and it works great. Customer service was just fantastic in every way. I have since ordered the coffee capsules twice and each time I get them in 2 days. Coffee is great and the machine works superbly. I recommend this company and its products highly.

The aluminum pots are supposed to be recyclable but I have tried that yet. You have to get a special Nespresso bag to ship them in.

Don’t spend the extra money on the milk frother unless u really need a thick layer on top.

The only downside is that each model uses different sized pods. You can’t use third party or compostable pods. The other issue is that all the flavors taste pretty much the same. I happen to like coffee flavored coffee so it’s not a big deal for me.

Overall I recommend this product. Just do some research so you know the total cost of using it. The cost of the pods will end up costing more than the machine.
