I find it’s a great help. I can never understand what the robot says when it speaks. It sounds like Charlie Brown’s teacher “Blah, Blah, Blah!. I have the voice on loud as it goes. What I love about it is that it goes under beds, under the couch, & dressers - all the hard to reach places. It’s easy to let it do its work, so I don’t have to, which means I’ll be vacuuming much more, with a cleaner house. At this point I love the vacuum part, but not sure if I love the mopping. It just mops water on your floor. You’re not supposed to add Mr. Clean etc. to water. It doesn’t scrub either. I don’t know the lithium battery life, or how long this robot will endure. I think it vacuums very well, but you have to keep roller clean etc…(a relative told me they use air compressor to clean vacuum roller etc…, but I don’t have one) I recommend this product. Update: I’ve had it 3 days now & still love it. I never had any issues where battery charge doesn’t last. I did notice bag is full error & not sure how to fix it, as the bag is not full. Also tonight I noticed after it finished it’s job it went back to home base for recharge & came out & kept repeating it. I finally stopped it & put it in myself. Update: next day went to home base & stayed there this time. It cleans my floors great. I have pets, so it really helps. It seems so easy compare to vacuuming the old way, especially if your older or have a physical disadvantage, or lack of time. Through youtube videos I learned how to fix problems. I cleaned all charging contacts & sensors with Mr. Clean magic eraser & vacuumed it with a small vacuum with strong suction & now everything works great. Happy at last! Update April, 2024 - Still runs beautifully & I vacuum every day. I just want to mention I find dust bags & parts are not cheap. Honiture charges $10.99/dust bag. I ordered variety parts from somewhere else & don’t fit this vac. q6 se. I’ll keep reusing dust bag I have for now, but will need to find some place that sells dust bags & parts for reasonable price, that fit. It’s good to know in advance, when shopping for a vac. - where dust bags & parts are available & how much they will cost you.I also want to mention that robot vacuums are great for every day vacuuming, but don’t compare to some of the canister vacuums or central vac for suction. Every once in awhile it’s good to get out your central vac. or stronger canister, as well as using the crevice tool to get a greater, overall performance. Contacted seller May 2024 & dust bags & parts are discontinued. When looking for accessories from other sellers Honiture Q6 SE is different from Honiture Q6 and Honiture Q6 Pro. I originally gave this a 5 star rating, but changed it for this reason plus contacting seller is difficult & unsatisfactory. June 2024 - I finally found a seller that has accessories that fit.
