Generally, I find 10000mcg quite effective in growing my hair and nails. But for some reason, I always get skin breakouts with other brands (same dose) but I never get any skin breakouts whatsoever with the Nature's Bounty brand. I don't know why. Very happy this is back in stock so I just re-ordered 6 months supply. It definitely works.

I got this to help grow my hair longer. Not only does it work, and my hair is now at my belly button (Been using these daily for two years now) When I started my hair was a few inches past my shoulders!! What kept me coming back for more though wasn't even the beautiful hair results, it was the nail growth!!!! I always have flimsy nails, they break often and when I take this stuff regularly I 100% find these strengthen my nails! They grow super long, I have to file them constantly! I've never had nice nails till I started taking these. This might be a bit of a stretch to say, but I used to get numbness in my fingers, but I have not gotten that after taking these.
