I got this to keep in the car for whenever I may need a jump. Sometimes I leave an interior light on and come back to a dead battery. This jump starter works great for my little gas conscious Yaris. Small engine, easy to jump. But I'm sure this could jump something larger as well. Unfortunately I don't have anything else. This jump starter is super easy to use and the instructions are clear. It also won't work if you wire it wrong so that is a nice safety feature to have.
A couple of other features that I really like on this device is the fact that is has USB charge ports so you could potentially use this to charge up some of your devices in an emergency. Is also has a DC jack which could come in handy if you have 12v devices that use that same barrel jack.
Overall though, I very nice device to have on hand when needed. Especially in the cold when there is no one around. This could save you. Now hopefully I'll be able to remember to keep this thing charged! Doh!
