Saw a number of fluid, pan and tilt heads to consider. Truthfully, price, and the good reviews lead me to this choice.Price, because I didn't want to spend a lot if my idea didn't work'
Problem solved. Just had the opportunity to setup and take a few trial shots. Worked perfectly. The intentional movement was vertical, there was NO wiggle when completing the shot.
Will definitely improve my work. Now it is up to me to get everything else right.
An update. As mentioned earlier, this was purchased to provide me with the stability to take long exposure photographs, while intentionally moving the camera.
The attached photo was a 5 second exposure, and I was able to sweep the camera from left to right to obtain the desired result with no vertical motion, no jerk while panning.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality pan and tilt head .

Se nos entrega en una caja junto un manual del usuario.
Este está fabricado en metal íntegramente y no es nada pesado gracias al uso del Aluminio como material base.
El cabezal dispone de movimientos suaves tanto en horizontal como en vertical aunque no se puede ajustar la dureza de su fricción a no ser que uses el bloqueador para tal efecto que se puede hacer pero no es la mejor forma.
Este dispone de un nivel de burbuja, para mi imprescindible en un tripode, bien sea para video o fotografía, creo que es obligado de poner y no aumenta su presión excesivamente.
Parte de el nivel de burbuja podemos nivelar la cabeza gracias a un sistema que lleva en la base la cual podemos mover en los 360º y con una inclinación de hasta 10º cosa que facilita muchísimo la nivelación sin tener que estar jugando con las patas del tripode.
Disponemos de un asa o brazo que se puede ajustar a la medida que deseeemos cuanto mas extendido esté más precisión tendremos a la hora de hacer un paneo tanto en vertical como en horizontal.
El sistema de anclaje es tipo Arca de liberación rápida y si dispones de jaula en la cámara, no te hará falta usar la zapata. Zapata que si usas te brinda un plus de seguridad que que dispone de dos tornillos que bloquean su salida en dirección del rail. Esto es muy útil si dejas el tripode con la cabeza en vertical y con la cámara en ékl, si por algún motivo no has bloqueado bien la zapata, impedirá que tu cámara vaya al suelo.
La base dispone de tornillo de 3/8 y 3 1/4 de pulgada por lo que podrás usarlo en cualquier tripode.
Las únicas pegas que le puedo poner son que la burbuja está un poco escondida y en situaciones de poca luz te será difícil nivelar.
La segunda es que no dispone de sistema de ajuste de fricción como ya he mencionado a no ser que uses los tornillos de bloqueo.
Estas dos desventajas se ven compensadas por el magnifico precio que tiene esta cabezal, mas si le sumas como yo un 25% de descuento en el momento de hacer la compra a día de hoy 15 de Marzo del 2014 quedándose este a un precio muy pero que muy atractivo y con una calidad realmente magnifica.
