Simple Troubleshootings for Reference:
- Charging Question:
If the wireless charger indicator light turns on when connected with power
1) Pls kindly check if the phone supports wireless charging or not ;
2) If it is compatible device,pls make sure the using phone case is not thick than 5mm and there's no metal objects/attachments,wallet case with credit cards,heavy duty case with kickstand.
If the wireless charger indicator light doesn't turn on when connected with power
1) Try to change another usb cable or wall charger or power outlet to see if it will work or not
- Flashing Light Question:
1) Make sure the using wall adapter is QC3.0 or PD3.0 type
2) If you're iPhone users,try to reboot your phone and check if it will charge
3) Check if the phone case has magnet or metal objects/attachments from the back
- Compatibility Question:
1) Firstly make sure the using phone has the inserted wireless charging function; secondly check if the phone case is thick than 5mm
2) If no wireless charging function,it will need an additional Qi receiver that plugging into phone's charging port for wireless charging

If you like modern, and need a standing wireless charger, this is it.
Looks pretty nice. Love that blue standby light. But when its charging, it turns green. Really niceMy only dislike is if you charge your phone overnight, when the phone is fully charged, that bottom light starts blinking non stop till you take the phone off the stand. It woke me up because of the flashing light.
