The case sucked wore out so quickly the knife it self is good a little stiff but with a little use it gets much easier to open the tools on it the 4 stars is just mainly the case that has alot to the package.... and i did accidently loose the attatchment pieces they slipped out of the case and i didnt notice until later so made me mad

This thing is great to keep in the car. It is well-built and sturdy, with multiple tools to help you get things done. The unit itself is quite heavy, and it feels substantial in the hand. I'll review the tools now:

MAIN KNIFE
Sharp and cuts well. Pretty easy to sharpen, if you have the right tools. Matte powder coat (I think) and is a good length. However, it is half-serrated and that affects slicing tasks substantially. Drop point blade with smooth hollow grind for the blade portion helps with puncturing/cutting tasks. The blade is robust but I would not use it to pry. There is a liner lock and it feels secure enough. The blade opening is right-handed operation only, and so left handed users are neglected because there is no fingernail slot. The thumb stud faces one way only, and is not placed where it should be - it is too far out and does not lend itself to ideal action. It should be placed further away from the pivot. There is only a little bit of jimping on the liner lock for your index finger, and on the top for your thumb - these could be improved upon.

NYLON CARRY CASE
Looks durable and is made of high denier heavy duty nylon. Solid belt loop is affixed, if you want to wear it on your belt or a pack. The Velcro closure works well enough, but I wish the hook-and-loop fastener were installed the other way around, with the hook portion on the flap. It would prevent rubbing, chafing, and preserve the hooked pad when opened.

PLIERS
This tool is awesome. Saved me a lot of work because it was small/precise enough to help me remove mini fuses from my car fuse panel. Grip is quite wide, and so bigger hands will appreciate the action. For smaller hands, you kind of need to 'reach'. The spring is solid and helps with prolonged use. Pliers don't open up very far, I would say 1 inch at its nominal point and 1.5 inches at its tip. Don't expect to use this on plumbing of any sort. Care must be taken to close these pliers - easy to pinch yourself.

MAIN SCREWDRIVER
Robust Phillips head. On my knife, the liner lock for this screwdriver does not work as intended - need to manually activate and it hurt my fingernail. But once in place, it is solid. I need to manually force it back into the "open" position to close the screwdriver.

SCREWDRIVER ATTACHMENTS
They don't stay on very well and are not magnetized. These are good in a pinch, but don't expect them to work very well (or to keep all of them forever). I bet I will lose these at some point. The screwdriver bits are very difficult to get out of the plastic sheathing strip that is provided. I know that one day in the future, this sheath will break/snap and I'll have a handful of bits to store or lose. The bit sheath fits into the provided nylon carrying case alongside the knife, which is nice.

BOTTLE OPENER
Kind of gimmicky but it is very solid and looks to work well. There is another flat-head screwdriver/scraper at the tip. I bet with some care, you could use this as a light-duty chisel as well. There looks to be a notch for use as a wire stripper, but it is more amusing than anything because one glace at it and it is clearly non-functional.

CAN OPENER
Not sharp and looks small. Just forget that it is there because I doubt very much that it will work the way it is intended. You could try... There is another chisel-type end, here - this one is actually beveled but it is tiny. Keep in mind that these "chisel tips" are not locked and you could surely hurt yourself if used in this fashion.

SUMMARY
Overall, this is a good tool to have on your person or in your vehicle. It is quite heavy, but I see that as a plus because you are reminded of its existence. The matte coating of the whole unit is easy to scratch off - but I'm unsure how easily it will rust. There is a lack of grip overall, and so use will be frustrating/limited in wet conditions. Time will tell the utility of this product, and I will update in the future as necessary.

The media could not be loaded.
 The knife, pliers and bottle opener are n8ce and the multitool itself feels solid and looks nice. The sheath it comes in is of good quality also.

Now the bad : the multi-bit screwdriver... Do NOT buy this if you think you'll need the scredriver often... It would do the job in last resort if that's all you have, but otherwise I won't be using it. The main problem is that the bit adapter that goes on the tool has an INSANE amount of wiggle, which makes it a real pain to screw anything using this. See video.
