Post-installation Adjustment For Tilting & Leveling

  • MD2462 wall mount is ball joint designed, which means the leveling and tilting adjustments are in the same mechanism.
  • 3 steps for adjustment as following:

  1. Use the provided wrench to loosen the nut behind TV plate while using another socket wrench to hold the front bolt to tighten.
  2. Adjust your TV to desired leveling and tilting angle.
  3. Retighten the nut mentioned in step 1.

Check list 1 : TV specs

First, The weight of your TV must be less than 33 lbs. The wall mount TV bracket fits most 17’’-39’’ LED, LCD, OLED Flat Screen TVs.

Check list 2 : VESA

Next, please check your TV has 4 mounting holes on the back of the screen that are from 50x50mm (2"x2" ) to 200x200mm (8"x8" )

Check list 3 : Wall types

Then, you only need a single wood stud for installation. The full motion wall mount also can be mounted on concrete wall and brick wall, but you need to use anchors when installing.

Check list 4 : Cables outlet

Make sure there are without any cables outlet on the TV back area inside the 4 mounting holes to perfectly fit this TV wall mount.

So good I bought two for my game room! I have a 42" and 52" TV hanging using this mount and they work great. They are relatively simple to install and work on a range of TVs, the ability to swivel and angle the TV is especially useful. Boasts a pretty high weight rating so as long as the TV isn't super heavy this will work for you.Took about 10-15 minutes to install and a variety of hardware is provided to ensure it works with a range of TV sizes and models. Some of the hardware may not be necessary depending on your setup.Really no complaints with this, if I need another one I will definitely buy again!

Excellent solid mount. Came with lots of hardware for mounting different TVs, but our 55" Samsung just mounted directly - no need for extra spacers or extensions. Instructions were very simple and good, and all hardware was well packaged and easy to figure out. Our TV only weighed 35 Lb, which was about half the rating of this thing; should be fine for any modern TV of 55" or smaller. We mounted it to a wood stud and it feels rock solid. On sale for really good price.

Mounted a Hisense 32" H55 (model # 32H5500F)

Quality: I'm impressed with the quality of this mount. With the amount of crap available these days, it feels like a major score to receive something in the mail of good quality. The hardware that needs the most torque can be installed with a large screwdriver or wrench, reducing the possibility of stripping the screw out. Threads are cut well, and when everything is in the right place it all lines up for easy assembly.

Assembly and Installation: It comes mostly assembled. The only part you have to put together are the brackets that screw to the TV, which makes sense because even though the distance between screw holes is standardized, the bolt patterns on the backs of TVs are not standardized for some reason. The instructions on how to do this are very clear and easy to follow. All the parts are numbered to make assembly a cinch. If you are capable of using a stud finder to locate a stud in the wall, you can install this on your own. You'll need an electric drill and socket for attaching it to a wall and a screwdriver to attach it to the TV. A wrench comes with it, but I didn't use it. The coolest part of the whole thing is the included bubble level. It has a lip and a magnet that fits perfectly and will not fall off while twisting the mount all over the place as you try to screw it to the wall one handed. I'm actually keeping the level for future use!

Positioning of the TV: It moves in every direction possible, even tilting up and down. It will fold up within a couple of inches of the wall for a very clean look or stick straight out about 12". I mounted a 32" TV in my wife's home office on the wall above and to the left of her desk. The mount sticks out from the wall far enough to angle the TV towards her desk chair and tilts down for a direct line of sight from her seated position. It turned out to work perfectly for this location and size of TV.

Overall, I'm very impressed and will be buying more of these mounts for other rooms we are adding TVs to. I highly recommend this mount for smaller TVs.
