Just thread the strap through the locking buckle, adjust the right length and lock the buckle

Leave extra straps to tie in to prevent them slapping against your face during the ride

An extra extension arm is included to help you get a wider shooting angle

The black grip on the front is made of super hard-wearing abs plastic and is not easily broken.

Unfortunately I'm unable to attach it to my helmet. My helmet has an airflow right in the center where this will rest, and because of that I'm unable to get this to tighten down onto it.

Not the quality that I was expecting. Cheap bent plastic for where the GoPro is to be mounted, had to pry apart to fit it on. Strap clips don’t hold well and come loose when on a ride then slips the position of the camera. Didn’t get the video of my ride just a sideways picture of my fuel tank.
I will be sticking with original GoPro products from now on.

Locking arm cracked after one ride. Don't know if I tightened it to much, but I had to tighten it enough so the GoPro does not move and sits secure.
