My front camera stopped working not long after the return period was over. I went in circles with overseas tech support. I did everything they asked and then some ( I did almost everything they asked even prior to contacting them, and then again as instructed). They were unwilling to replace just the camera and instead wanted me to ship the entire head unit to them in China.
Overall the customer service is not what I expected and I don't think asking for a replacement camera for the front was unreasonable.

Exhibits wavy interference on the video that is engine RPM dependent, more so on the front camera than the rear but present in both. Also VERY disappointed in the video file download using Roadcam in that it will simply not work for larger files greater than a few megabytes. I have to remove the memory card and read it directly which is not easily done on this recorder requiring the removal of two very tiny screws... I would look for something else if I were in the market to buy again.

The quality of the video is great. But you can't ever get a video longer than 3 minutes. If this allowed you to have a continuous recording for long rides that you want to save - it would get a 5 star review from me.

My camera worked for the first week or so but it was very hot and the body of the unit was giving off a chemical smell. I noticed today that the video was unfocused and the cameras were extremely hot to the point that I could not touch them. The cameras is no longer functioning properly, and the LCD screen is also having problems now.
I tried returning the camera system and did not get a refund, or the faulty camera system back. I would avoid purchasing this item.
