This shampoo and conditioner is suitable for all hair types and formulated to work on blonde, lightened (including lightened brunettes), and grey hair.

How long do I leave Blonde Perfecting Purple Shampoo & Conditioner in my hair?

The shampoo should be massaged through wet hair and scalp like any other shampoo, then left on for 3–5 minutes. Follow with Moroccanoil Blonde Perfecting Purple Conditioner. Leave on for 1–2 minutes. For enhanced toning, leave on for up to 5 minutes.

What causes brassiness?

Going blonde can expose yellow tones, just as lightening dark hair can expose orange tones. Even grey hair is prone to yellowness due to environmental factors. In these cases, the exposure of underlying pigments may lead to unwanted brassiness.

My hair is typical asian hair, thick, straight, and brassy after bleach.
I think it works good to get brassy-ness out of blond/bleached hair but I like my shampoo to be bubbly but it didn't get as bubbly as other purple shampoo that I had before.
It also tint my hands after use as well haha
As other people mentioned, it is a bit pricey.

This is a great, high quality purple shampoo to use for dyed blonde hair. I use it once in like 5 washes and it brightens my blonde up right away!

I love the scent, as it does not smell chemically, like some other purple shampoos can.

I was surprised at the size of the bottle, given the price, however I did know the size, as it was clearly marked on the listing. I just assumed it was a normal sized bottle. It is not, it is a bit larger than a travel size bottle.

Lo compré un poco a la espectativa pero me ha gustado tanto que he comprado para tener de reserva. Hasta ahora trataba mis canas con henna incolora y me gustaba mucho el resultado pero me he cansado de ese trabajo extra y busqué como matizar estas canas. Con este champú el resultado para mí es perfecto, tengo el pelo bob, las canas quedan matizadas, el pelo queda suave y como un gris/marrón bonito, el resultado me gusta tanto que me despido de la henna y simplifico con un lavado el color de mi pelo. Primero lavo el pelo con otro champú y el segundo lavado con éste, lo dejo mientras termino la ducha, unos 3 minutos y listo! No me pongo suavizante, las manos ni uñas no me quedan azules y además no tiene sulfatos. Un 10!!!!
