The new monitor is HUGE and has great resolution for both daytime and night vision and also has long battery life despite the large screen. Initially we did have connection issues however I reached out to their customer service and they were able to help us fix the issue very quickly. This company has amazing customer service: attentive and very quick to reply! I would definitely recommend this monitor and company :)

Camera stopped working after one use

I have purchased two different Hello Baby monitors and cameras (HB6250 and HB65) and both models camera’s have stopped working after one use. The cameras were paired and working fine and by the next day they weren’t working. I tried rebooting the monitor bases as per the manufacturer’s instructions but no such luck - the cameras are broken with no power to them despite being plugged in. I would not recommend any Hello Baby monitor and would advise to purchase with caution!
