It works like nothing else ever has.
My shower for reason gets very mouldy and mildewy along the caulk lines. My spouse has stripped off the mouldy caulking and replaced it with the kind that is supposedly resistant to mould and mildew, to no avail. We have tried to clean it using Comet with bleach, regular straight bleach (sodium hypocholorite), hydrogen peroxide, CLR, you name it, we tried it. Nothing worked.
Then, my spouse saw this product on Amazon and decided to try it.
This stuff is a freaking miracle.
At first, we tried applying it to just two sections of the caulking, where the shower wall meets the tiled floor. I did not take any before and after photos, because I didn't believe this stuff would work. But lo and behold, it made the caulking look pristine white and brand new!
So then we applied this stuff to the worst parts of the shower. This time, we did take photos. But the areas didn't come out quite as pristine afterwards as it did on the first areas. But that's because these 2nd areas were fearsomely gruesome areas. The first areas we tried were still pretty gross, but not quite as scary.
Please see the above before and after photos. It will be obvious upon viewing which ones are the "before" and which ones are the "after."
Some notes about the product:
This bottle comes with a separate tip applicator that has its own screw off cap. Don't be like us and cut the tip off the cap--we didn't know it would unscrew (hey, we tried to unscrew it at first, but it wouldn't give).
The instructions don't say to shake the bottle before use, but I would recommend it, because the first stuff that came out of the bottle was just as runny as water.
PRO TIP: Before opening, shake it vigorously upside down. This will mix the watery stuff into the gel, and also it will force the contents of the bottle down to the spout. I didn't shake the bottle, and I kept getting sputtering and air coming out of the spout. I had to stop and re-cap the bottle so I could shake it down.
Once well shaken, the stuff does have the consistency of a thin, runny gel.
The instructions say to leave it for 5 hours, but we applied it at bedtime, left it overnight, and didn't go to wash it off until noon the next day.
The gel smells strongly of bleach, which is no surprise, since bleach is one of the ingredients (2nd on the ingredient list). We opened the bathroom window and turned on the bathroom fan for ventilation, and overnight, we left the door to the bathroom closed.
When left overnight, the product hardened into dry clumps. I scrubbed it off with a brush while spraying it with the shower hose. Once it was scrubbed off, voila, the gleaming white of the caulking was revealed.
We are now fans for life. My spouse wants to buy more of this stuff now.
5/5 Cannot recommend highly enough

The package comes with a 7 oz (200 ml) bottle of the mold stain remover and an applicator tip. The instructions are printed on both the bottle and the outer packaging. What I didn’t realize is that you are supposed to apply this gel substance and then wait for 3 to 5 hours before removing it. In my tests, I waited 4.5 hours after the first application and 4 hours after the second.
I decided to try it on both the washing machine gasket as well as some grout in my tiled shower. Note that I did not try it on the caulking as I had recently replaced it but the on the grout which is much harder to clean as grout tends to absorb some of the mold.
After the stated time period, the gel has somewhat hardened, and you wipe it off with clean water. As you can see from my photos (labeled), for both uses the stain remover did take off a fair bit after the first application but in both cases required a second application.
I would say that for the washing machine gasket, I would have got more off after the first application but probably did not thoroughly spread the gel underneath the fold of the gasket where the mold was heaviest. It didn’t completely remove the mold after even the second application but was perhaps 90% to 95% effective which is better than any other remedies I have tried. Also, this mold has been there for at least 10 years.
The results for the shower grout were similar. After the first application there were still some sections with mold but after the second application these were generally gone. Note that in my photo of this the grout looks darker but that was because it was still wet from cleaning it – the mold in fact had been generally removed.
I’ll certainly be continuing to use this product and have a few other areas I would like to try it on.

I looked up the ingredients and some do pose respiratory risks, so I kept my bathroom fan on constantly while this dried. When I applied it, I mostly smelled bleach.
This gel works a bit differently compared to other mold removers I've tried. First, there was liquid inside that came out of the applicator and I couldn't get to the gel. I recapped it and shook it thoroughly, and it was a bit better after that, but I found that the initial water inside still had to be let out before the gel could come out properly. The applicator is a bit smaller which can be more precise, but I had trouble covering my bathroom tiles grout fully as some of those were recessed. This dries in only a few hours (I did not time it exactly) and crusts over. The dry time will depend on how thick the gel is applied. I ended up doing this twice as after the first time dried I saw there were parts that the gel did not cover or remove fully. After the second time, most of the mold was gone. Places where I applied the gel very liberally was still a bit wet when I wiped it off though while the lighter areas were completely dry. Other products I've tried does not dry down fully.
