Which Xbox controller does this keyboard fit for?

This keyboard is fit for Xbox One/ Xbox One S/ Xbox Series S/ Xbox Series X/ Xbox Elite/ Xbox Elite 2, not for Xbox One X. Please check your controller model before ordering.

How do I get the headphone jack to work？

The first-generation Xbox controller is without a 3.5mm headphone jack, you need to buy an official Xbox One Stereo; the second and above generation Xbox controller comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, so you can directly use the jack of our keyboard.

How to turn on the backlight?

Make sure to plug the 2.4G receiver into the Xbox console and successfully connect the keyboard to the Xbox console, Press “Shift + Space” to turn on the backlight and it will turn off if no operation within 10s.

What factors affect the keyboard connection and backlight display?

Firstly, you need to ensure that the controller power is above 20% when using. Secondly, the distance between keyboard and console is within 0.5 meters when pairing. Thirdly, avoid excessive metal products and large coverings between them.

If I play games on PC/Steam using the controller, can I still type and chat with this keyboard?

If you are using an Xbox controller to play Steam/PC games, then our keyboard is suitable. Note: This keyboard can only be used as a communication tool, no mouse function.

Ever try to type stuff while playing and having to go up, down, left, left, left, ugh I mistyped... delete delete delete.. right right, down left..
Yah... takes a long time and it's pretty annoying. But this keyboard is perfect! Battery is ehhh. But it's a great regardless

A little choogie and hard to learn to type on it but like most things in life, keep practicing and it’s not like you’re going to be typing novels, just checking random kids in gaming lobbies. Eventually you’ll get the hang of it. You have to take the USB out of the keyboard and plug it in to the device, I don’t want to talk about how long I struggled to figure that out! But good purchase! Does what it’s supposed to do

The officials keyboard doesn't require anything special. This one requires you to use the USB dongle and take up a precious USB port on the xbox.

Cheap feeling, did not connect to the controller easily either. Feels like it will fall off.

For reference, I was using this with an xbox elite 2 controller.

It works well and the RGB lights look very good. For a new version of this product I would like the keys to be as comfortable as the keys on cell phones with a physical keyboard.

I would like it to have an on and off button so that it consumes the control's power only when we want to write.
