I am a retired hairstylist with very fine white hair, with loss of hair at the top. I've also had problems with an itchy and irritated scalp. I have tried many different high end shampoos which have not been beneficial. I decided then to try this duo.
The shampoo is lovely, lathers very well, don't need much for my short hair. It is important to rinse any shampoo very well to the point of squeaky. This shampoo rinses out very well.
The leave in conditioner...now I must say that I have not been fond of any conditioners, rinse out or leave in. I have always found that they tend to make my fine hair heavy. I need very little of the conditioner, I use a dime size portion, mix it in my hands and then rub into my hair and scalp. I feel it is an essential part of this duo.
I can say that finally, thankfully, my head is not longer itchy and irritated. I can go 2-3 days between washing and my hair doesn't feel heavy or greasy. I would highly recommend these products!!
