I was pleased at how easy these were to operate, as well as with the quality of the sound. Simple, effective, well priced.

Unfortunately, I had to return mine, as they were a model behind my current phone, didn’t connect to the new phone and there was no possibility of an adapter. I hope I can find replacements as good as these at this price mark.

I'd start by saying that these are certainly worth the price but the price certainly reflects sound quality. I'm a videographer that has rented high quality wireless lavs in the past for projects and wanted something affordable for smaller low budget and personal projects and these work well for that, but certainly lack the dynamic range of higher end products. One can also do a lot in post production.

I think these microphones are great if you are looking for something small, easy to use and affordable. Especially if you are just starting out using mic’s these have good sound quality and picks up audio well. It blocks out background noise well and focuses on the speaker. Even the receiver is a bonus as you can still charge your phone while recording.

Im very disappointed! I booked an airbnb on an island to create some content, of course I checked the the mics before heading there, they work well for first few seconds, but one of the mics goes on and off after few seconds of recording, so I didn't realized something is wrong till I started to actually use them today on the island. Also, Im a yoga teacher and I bought this to record some yoga classes in the nature but the sound quality when I wear the mic is very poor and it creates some really bad noises! I can't return it because Im using the one mic that is working and I don't know what to do!!! just very confused and frustrated!

First, the listing states that if you have any problems they are there for you to contact. Well, that gave me confidence to buy, especially after having problems with another brand (that I returned). The problem is/was how do you contact them? I couldn't find contact information anywhere in the listing or when the product arrived in the packaging. OK the problem I wanted help with was this: The listing clearly stated that this device was compatible with an iPhone13 - actually all iPhones from 7 -14 inclusive - but when I tried to connect the receiver component to my iPhone it wouldn't "click" in. It just fell out. I tried it [receiver component] in my wife's iPhone and it did fit, however, she has a much older iPhone version. If you're thinking my iPhone case was the problem, it wasn't. I removed it and still had a problem. I read many of the reviews on the listing but couldn't find anyone that had the same problem, which frankly puzzled me. So I broadened my search and found people were using a "lightening port extender" for other issues and I thought just maybe this would help me with my problem. Because it was only $7.62 I thought it was worth a try before returning these mics. Hopefully the Amazon.ca link will populate below (KOKKIA Lightning Extender):

I am doing a lot of group presentations in graduate school, some being recorded. I want the best possible sound quality. I got this because I thought a presentation was being recorded via phone, but it has to be recorded on Zoom. I tried hooking this up and it actually worked as an input! For Macbook users, go to settings and select Audio Input and it will show up (can't remember the domain name) and you can just use it right away. I'm very thankful I don't have to return to buy a Mac-specific microphone!
