Why real capacity is less than the label capacity?

The actual available capacity of the flash drive is a little smaller than we listed.Because different calculations between the computer and manufacturer:

Computer: 1MB=1024KB, 1GB=1024MB

Manufacturer: 1MB=1000KB, 1GB=1000MB

Like an iPhone 8 in 256GB, user is unable to use 256GB in actual.

The available capacity of flash drive for user is about 90% of the marked capacity.Such as you can use about 28.8GB capacity with 32GB usb stick.But our's have a more than 90% of the marked capacity, which is higher standard than other brand of flash drive.

I bought it with my camera , needed to get some important video to the police investigation, after getting the card out to transfer the filers, a message pops out " card needs to be formatted" and I lost all the footage!!!!!!!!!! (June 18)

and that is after a week ago (June 6),I opened my camera app and the card failed and same messages pops on my camera app screen this time : sd card needs to be formatted.
I have the same camera with a different micro SD card and I never had an issue like that, I don't recommend if you need it for anything that might be important or useful.

NOT RECOMMENDED .
