This mattress at first look is fine since it expanded within a few hours. But as I layed on it, I realized that the edges are not fully expanded even after 2 weeks. The firm was at the center of the mattress is higher than the edges. The 3-4” perimeter around the mattress is super soft and at time it is scary to sleep in it as you end up feeling like you’re going to fall off the bed. Sitting on the mattress with feet down is just not possible with this mattress. I reached out to Amazon customer support for at least partial refund so I can buy a new one, but they wouldn’t refund. I ordered mattresses from amazon because I do not drive and since this one came in a box and now is expanded, it is impossible to bring it to return store in a cab. I asked for the seller contact, but Amazon representative cannot provide it and I can’t find any contact details for the seller on their page. So now I’m stuck with a mattress I cannot use and almost 200$ down.

I had an old mattress and box spring but when I moved and I was going to have my room in the basement I found my box spring wasn't going to fit down the stairs so I had to look for a new bed. Not wanting to spend thousands on a new mattress I looked for these mattresses-in-a-box and found this one for a very good price. I was a bit concerned about the reviews saying the edges aren't very strong and they slip off the sides but they seem to hold up pretty well. Yes you can slip off the side a bit but not as drastically as people have said, you would have to sit on the very edge of it. I was also concerned about the crease in the center of the mattress after it was unpacked but it has not been an issues.

I'm not use to not using a box spring so I bought the 12" mattress. Overall this mattress has been very comfortable to sleep on and it was very easy to unpack. I let it sit for over 24 hours before sleeping on it and haven't had any issues. It's not too soft and not too firm either which is good considering my previous mattress was quite firm. Very satisfied with this purchase!

This was a panic purchase for my spare room for my mother visiting for two weeks. She consistently has insomnia and rarely sleeps through the night. Although the box was too heavy to carry up my stairs alone it was easy to somersault it up:) out of the box and uncompressed in a matter of minutes. My mother not only loved it she stated it was more comfortable than the 1000$ mattress she had at home and she rarely work during the night.
Who would have thought you could fit something so comfortable in a box.

Super soft and useless. It makes a big curve under your back when you lay down on it, even a kid. I used it for two nights and got really bad back acke. Besides, terrible manufacture's customer service. I could get help from Amazon. Thanks for the excellent service, Amazon.!!!

The mattress is comfortable. Would have been better in 12”. Good bang for your buck. Seems to be a common issue with these orders. But you don’t know till you take them out of the box and by then it’s too late. We ordered 12” and got 10”.
