The flavor was pretty good -definitely maple- but I found a kind of sharp, bitter aftertaste, so I jazzed it up with a shot of Torani vanilla bean and some extra sweetner. I like the flavor combo and will order this again.
I also used the syrup with xanthan gum to make a kind of keto maple syrup to use with keto pancakes. Nothing like the real thing ... but I can pretend, can't I?
