I am all for calcium supplements, but what is up with the shape of these pills!!!! At first I thought that you were supposed to chew on them, but no! You have to swallow them!! Super gag reflex response! Please O please change the shape to a more swallable shape, I threw in the garbage after the first try. Who thought of that in the first place lol 😂

I have no problem swallowing them, but if someone is super sensitive about swallowing pills they might find it a little large. Could just dissolve it though.
