Got a pair for 1 and 3 year olds, it's marketed 2+ but I assure you, they are the safest scissors ever and cut paper quite well. Before giving them to the kids I tested them out on my skin, clothes and hair, but no luck. Would 100% recommend.

I got this for my toddler to practice cutting papers and to keep her busy. unfortunately, it doesnt work well and that's likely due to the fact that it's supposed to be safe for kids, which means its not overly sharp. It takes some practice to use this. cutting is not smooth but not sure if that's how toddler scissors are supposed to be like. I didn't enjoy cutting paper with this myself and sometimes it just wouldn't cut as expected.
