Directions

For Hot Therapy: Microwave in 30 second increments until desired temperature. Total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes. Place on affected area for 20-30 minutes. Repeat if necessary. Natural Stress and Pain Relief

Use Hot or Cold?

Magic Bag works as a hot compress when heated in the microwave in 30-second intervals for a maximum of 2 minutes; and as a cold pack when stored in the freezer for 3 hours. Use cold therapy to relieve swelling and headaches. Hot therapy is favored to relieve muscle tension, ease pain from menstrual cramps, and release stress.

Product needs to be at room temperature before placed in the microwave.

Eco-Conscious

The organic grains that fill our Magic Bags can be disposed in the compost! After 100 uses, it is recommended to consider replacing your Magic Bag as the grains lose their ability to retain heat. You can cut the edge of your Magic Bag to compost the oats!

I love my Bean Bag Heat Pads; there so much better than the electric heating pads which are 💩.I would of given this a 5 but there was only a few things I wasn't so pleased about.Highlights- Can be used as either a heat or cold pad.- Heats up nice and quick and evenly.- Overall material is durable and the bean bag can be bent, twisted; etc with no problems or damage.- Better than new age heating pads which just suck. You can control the temperature to your likingDis-Likes- Bean Bag comes with a card that states that your bean bag needs to be replaced after 100 uses! WHAT! My old Bean Bag lasted more than 15 years. This could be costly if your getting a new bean bag every 3 months. Think about the waste and environmental impact.- Bean Bag smells like a barn! Yep I know. Not sure if it's a result of the organic beans but anyone who hates the smell of a barn; well your in for a treat.Definitely happy with my purchase more or less as well as for the price; definite buy when it's on sale.

Have used these for years. The material seems a little lower quality and would love if they had one the was big enough for my entire spine. They are comforting and heat well in the microwave, just need to make sure not to over heat as the grain inside will burn. Learned that with a previous magic bag. Wish I could wash these but they are good for about 100 reheats so have to replace them anyway.
Really like that I don't need to remove them from an exterior bag. I have a product with a zipper which can't go in the microwave so these are much more convenient.
Overall, I really like this product.

I own 4 of these Magic Bags in various shapes and sizes. I've owned other brand bags but they fall apart and come loose at the seams after a short while- they can't take the heat. Canadian made and sturdy, they last for years with proper care. 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave and you're ready to apply heat to whatever aches that day. I sewed a cover for mine to keep it cleaner and I remove the cover and wash it frequently- just a hygiene preference really. These make thoughtful gifts an all the people I've given them to thank me.
