I have a Munbyn printer, and have been happily using their other labels, so I was really surprised by the grey tone in the print, rather than the expected black tone. The first picture is of the blue/green label I'm reviewing, and the second is the blue/green label next to the Munbyn pink label with the expected black print. The pink labels were purchased directly through their website (not through this amazon link).I'm in a time crunch, so will still be using the labels, but I'm disappointed that the print isn't as clear as it could be.Things I DO appreciate - the blue/green colour is really pretty, and works well for my project. I love that the sticker backing is perforated between the labels, which makes them easy to tear off at the end of the print (this wasn't the case with another brand, and it definitely makes a difference).  What a game changer. I will never go back to printing shipping labels or buying logo stickers. I’ve used the round 2” labels, shipping label, and rectangular labels so far with the MUNBYN and I’m so pleased. It’s fast, efficient and quality is great. It has made my life so much easier. Setting it up with my MacBook Pro went smoothly as well. I design what I want in the size I want through Canva. I save it as a PNG and print using the MUNBYN. I will keep recommending it to fellow crafters and small businesses. It’s worth every dollar spent.

Update on Feb 4 2024: they reached out and stated they wanted to send me another one from a new batch. And that one was great, the print was dark and black. Works well. I liked it. Their customer service was excellent.

I don't like it. The print comes out light and gray instead of dark and black like other brands. I prefer dark prints. Other than that it does what it's supposed to do. If you don't mind the light print then it's great but I prefer dark prints. I won't buy it again.

Have always bought genuine munbyn labels which print decent level of black, however new blue ones print in washed out black, look dreadful. Shame as like blue colour. Double checked its faulty labels not printer, by running off last few old green ones which are perfect, then reloaded blue and rubbish. Had to return them, meaning wasted time, expense as dont get refund for about a week, so forced to buy again but in green as cant trust blue un case batch faulry and need labels urgently for business. Wasted time, money, effort and missed days working as couldnt print off labels for my stock.
have been trying to get response from Munbyn all day. impossible. now seen other reviews showing same issue. its such a shame as up until these last orders o9f these labels, print quality was 100%. But obviously Munbyn now changed the label quality and now ruined a once great product. Looks rubbish. Print grey NOT black, looks faded and I cant use for my products as devalues my brand with poor looking labels.
