Bought this in Oct and the first one we installed worked. Come today, we went to change the filter and the 2nd one didn't work (no water after changing it). Troubleshooted to see if it might've been a fridge problem, but it worked again after putting back the 1st filter we used. Faulty filter, we thought, so we tried the 3rd one. Didn't work. Again, tried it to see if the 1st one worked... It still did, which means the problem lies with the filters, not our fridge. Too late for a refund now since its been months but it sucks that we wouldn't know of this until much after since you only change filters once every couple of months. Would not recommend.
