This watch does it all, I have a few of these, that I have given to family as they do so much but first and foremost for mine and my family's needs, these provide timely notifications of messages, email, phone calls, etc... so we can keep in touch even when we are not able to look directly at our phones.
But, on top of that, it's a heart rate monitor, stress monitor, Blood oxygen monitor, sleep, and activity monitor. The app is easy to use and allows you to customize the watch to your liking, C/F, 12/24 hour, M/KMs, even the watch face.
The watch came with 98% charge, but the first time you use it, you have to plug it in to active the watch, and go from there.
The watch band is a comfortable nylon or rubber material, so it won't be damaged by water or sweat.
The face is glass and very responsive to touch, and the casing is metal. Well made!
