Just follow the manuals correctly and your Meredo Soundbar should be ready to go in 20 mins or less. If there are any issues you can easily communicate with the wonderful Meredo customer support team. Their contact information is located on the box, instruction manuals, and they also provide you with a business card with their contact information on it as well. They reply to your concerns almost instantly. And let me tell you, the Meredo team really care deeply about their customers. They make you feel like you're family.

I had my Meredo Soundbar up and running in 20 minutes or less(that's including plugging and connecting. For the price, the sound is amazing, I'm impressed. Also, Meredo also includes all the accessory plug-ins you need for the soundbar. HDMI cable, AUX cable, Optical Audio cable, ARC cable, 3.5mm audio cable. No other company/name brand includes all these accessory plug-ins. I love the sleek & crisp look of this soundbar too. I highly recommend this soundbar to anyone that may be on a tight budget and is looking for a good quality soundbar at a phenomenally low price. I can't praise this soundbar enough. Could not get to work on 3 out of 4 different model Sony LCD TV's via HDMI-ARC port
The sound quality was pretty decent but the problem was I could not get the volume to work with the Sony TV remote via the HDMI-ARC port, even with the suggestions from Meredo tech support. I ended up buying a Sony S100F soundbar at twice the cost and the volume worked right out of the box with the Sony TV remote.**UPDATE** - Meredo tech support sent me a newer model D47CH-6 PLUS soundbar at no charge even though I returned the TV 2.1CH soundbar. Unfortunately I could only get it to work with my Sony XBR-85X950H but it does sound good. NOTE: I could not get it to work with the Amazon 4K TV Firestick. I give their tech support 5 stars for excellent customer service. Be aware there are compatibility issues with some Sony TV models controlling audio through the HDMI-ARC port; hopefully they resolve them in time. I updated my review from two to four stars...amazing that a company worked hard to resolve my issue.

It arrived early...and I had no problem at all hooking it all up to my Samsung. Instructions were really easy to follow.... !!! The instructions also offered multiple options for different brands and methods.
I had it hooked up in literally minutes. I did have one question so, I went to the website and left my message .... then Ashlyn from Meredo Support sent me an immediate rely and put concern at rest. The unit offers really good sound and it sits in a beautiful artsy sculptured wooden block. The service I found to be exceptional. Great quality, price, sound and service...what more could you ask for. I should also mention...all attachments to hook it up...COME WITH the sound bar.

I have never seen this type of messaging service from Amazon vendors before. Now that is service.

Easy to install, works well, I have a very small apartment so it works well for the space I need. Not sure it would be suitable for a large space but I’d recommend if you just have a small living area. Fits relatively well on my small tv stand
