How-To Use:

For best results, wash and detangle hair first with the Love Ur Curls Step 1: Shampoo & Step 2: Conditioner. Apply generously to wet, clean hair from root to tip. Leave on for 5-15 minutes, depending on the level of dryness or damage to your hair.

For extremely damaged hair, can be left on for up to 30 minutes under a plastic cap. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.

The bottle says you can leave this on your hair for 5-15 mins OR up to 30 mins for damaged hair. I put this on clean, wet hair and leave it on for 30 mins. You do not need heat, but I've found it to be helpful. I put a shower cap over the deep conditioner and then a heated gel cap on top of that. My hair looked amazing once I rinsed out the product. Soft, luxurious, well-defined curls. Customer for life!!
