I’ve used this for two months now. It’s not bad.. I can hear well, the pink is pretty and the sound quality is really good. The buttons for the volume up and down works well too. I’m using it for work so the other person has trouble hearing me. I always have to hold the microphone every time I speak which is an extra thing I have to keep doing so it’s a bit of a hassle. That is why I have given 3 stars.

The headphones deliver great sound quality and fit securely on the head without slipping. The microphone is quite good, though there's room for improvement. While recording videos, I notice a constant background noise typical of integrated microphones, but it's much less intrusive with this one compared to others. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the microphone quality, which, despite being pretty good for the price, could be better. Other than that, it's a high-quality product with excellent sound.

Background info, I've been using a borrowed Alienware headset with built in mic for producing a pre-recorded radio show. They work well, mic is great. Wanted to buy my own as I'm familiar with them but dell have had no stock of them for months and can't give a timescale. Figured I'd get something to tide me over for now.

After lots of reading reviews etc and not specifically wanting a gaming set per say I figured I would try a telephony style (good studio sets are overpriced) and do some tweaks with software.

So honest review, sound quality when listening is fair whether it be voice or music.
The headset is fairly lightweight and feels a little flimsy but is comfortable.
Plug and play usb make it easy to use, windows 10 instantly recognized as did audacity.
Now the not so good. I did a vocal mic check recording to audacity. While the mic picks up well, the vocals are a bit thin sounding and there was a constant hum. Even with some adjusting and noise reduction with software I could not fully get rid of it and that was a deal breaker. I need no background noise.

So overall, if you want a headset to make calls or chat, with the occasional listening to music...these should work great for you.
If you want something for podcasting, radio or studio, these are not what you want.
I've returned them and awaiting a pair of CAD Audio U2 USB Stereo Headphone with Mic to try.

Was skeptical of the mic quality...but when in a call with friends while gaming, they said they can hear a noticeable different. It's crisp and clear (they can also hear me loud and clear).

i love how i can mute myself with the control instead of muting myself through discord on pressing a shortcut key on my keyboard (totally didn't fall asleep in a call - didn't need to get up to mute/unmute).

The headset is lightweight, so there is little to no discomfort on the top of your head. love how long the cord is...i can stand up and move around abit.

The only down side to this product is...my ears hurt after wearing it for a long time. the padding is firm and the sizing presses down awkwardly on my ears.

Bought these for when i'm in the office. Overall they're good quality. Mic quality is sufficient for meetings and have had no issues being heard. the audio quality for meetings is good as well. the controls are easy to access and provide the functionality to raise and lower volume or mute altogether. The ear pads are pretty good quality. soft enough to be comfrotable and conform to the ear, but rigid enough to keep them in place.
