they get what you pay for scenario, and you get a lot for your money with this bad boy. It is feature packed I could go on forever talking about it, but you can find all those features listed elsewhere. Ergonomically is very comfortable to use for long periods of time and has excellent battery life in real world usage As well as being fully programmable/customizable. I've had some pretty high-end mouses in my day from Razor and other companies and not much if anything can out compete this, if so it's by such a slim margin you would never notice. The coolness factor is off the charts as that's the first thing people notice in my entire set up full of the coolest gadgets like a Divoom Time Gate and stuff like that everywhere so much that my media room/man cave Is a tech gadget Wonderland of tasteful items and almost 20 sets of Almost everything Govee lighting has to offer to top it off. just keep an eye out for sale as it's obviously not the most affordable mouse on the market, but nobody ever regrets purchasing the best quality product, you'll never sit there months later thinking, boy I wished I had a lower quality mouse, as you will forget about the price pretty quickly, but you will be stuck with whatever most you buy, So depending on the application get the right mouse for the job so you have no regrets..

I am not really sure if I should say it is bad or great since it has its good & bad, well it goes for everything.

The position of the back & forward button on the side is odd & I don’t have a huge hand so it was disturbing me, I do not think it’s a huge upgrade either from the previous. The LEDS are really weird to play with.. come on Logi.

This mouse feels good after using it for a period of time. It is indeed a lot lighter than the previous G502, and it feels very comfortable. I chose the white RGB version, which looks good. The only thing I don’t understand is that since you have simplified the weight of the mouse , Why did you give me a counterweight, but not a counterweight? It would be better if I gave some more counterweights. By the way, Logitech finally used the typeC charging interface. Overall, the mouse is good!

It's almost perfect so far. Even though it comes down to preference, I think this is one of the prettiest if not THE prettiest mouse out there while not being over the top, and it feels really great to use. It has tons of buttons, which can be a bit of a hassle (I've found myself pressing the scroll wheel buttons a ton accidentally) but hasn't really caused any issues, and you can configure them in the Logitech software so at least there's that. Speaking of the software, it's been really easy to just intuitively use without having to really read anything at all, though the notifications get a bit annoying. (you can them off)

Overall, its really, really good, but the main problem I find myself with is the battery life. It lasts me a few days before having to charge, and it's just annoying to have a wire running. Thankfully, there is something in the box that lets you connect both cables, and it basically lets you swap between the two really quickly while also allowing you to hide the wire when you don't need to charge; still pretty annoying, but it's good enough for me.

I have had the G502 SE hero for a long time, and I have tried and tried to upgrade to 'better' and 'newer' G502's to no avail until this one. None of the other ones have similar response and particularly grip and feel. I actually like the smoother mouse wheel more than the SE Hero, although it does not seem as fast at scrolling for some reason.

This mouse is perfect as an upgrade. I mostly decided to upgrade in order to get some glass skates because my G502 skates are all worn out on all 4 units I bought when they were on sale. Time will tell if this is a worthy upgrade, at the price along with adding skates, it is about 10 times what I paid for each of the (4) G502 SE Hero's I have used, even discounted.

A great upgrade from my fraying wired G502 Hero.

Pros
- Light
- No wires = no fraying!!!
- Long battery life (if the lights are always off)
- Comfortable and familiar shape (if used any of the other G502 prior)

Cons
- Mouse clicks can be a little loud (compared to the G502 Hero)
- G Hub program could be better

I had a hard time finding a way to keep the mouse light off when sleeping/turning off my computer. Of course I could just turn off the mouse whenever I walk away, but I'd prefer not to turn it upside down to toggle the switch every time. (Or one could just get the version without RGB lights to avoid this headache lol)

Thankfully there was one forum from 2021 that worked for me: Select mouse in G Hub > Go to the Gear Icon > Set On-Board Memory Mode to "ON" > Make sure the Default Profile has lights off
