Easy to set up, and it looks great. I'm really glad I got a cabinet that sits higher off the floor for ease of cleaning underneath. It advertised that it could hold up to 200 records, and unfortunately, it only held just over 100 for me, with taking out the insert. I assume it would fit more if they were all single LP's, but quite a few of mine are double LP or more. Just something to consider if you have a larger collection.

Well. This stand looks great, at least to my eyes. It is well built, was easy to assemble, came with extra hardware, incase you some how misplace a screw or something. I think it looks awesome. My only disappointed was the size. Though the measurements are as described I should have gotten out the measuring tape instead of guessing. I thought it would be wide enough for the turn table and speakers to be on the stand as well. But that's my bad. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes the look and the measurements. (Measure your stuff first).

I bought this record stand on a decent sale and it was definitely worth it. It looks quite nice, and went together easily. I had no issues with pieces not fitting or hardware breaking. Loaded up with an amp, turntable, and records, it seems to have no issues with the weight. At full price it's a bit harder to justify. It's still a nice unit, but maybe wait for a sale.

It may not be solid hardwood, but for pressed fiberboard, the finish is actually very attractive and the "quality" of the fiberboard is pretty impressive. The piece is quite attractive, at least to my eye and for how it fits in with our décor and matches nicely with my vintage Advents. Some folks comment they wish it were taller, but I find the dimensions just about right for my space.
Assembly was relatively straightforward. All the hardware was accurately marked and the quantities were as indicated--actually each piece includes and extra, which came in handy as I stripped one of the wood screws. I stripped it while unscrewing it because I stupidly installed the legs and separators upside down the first time--my own fault because I failed to notice which way the slot for the back was oriented and I had to undo and redo it so that the top would line up correctly. All in all took me about an hour.
I can honestly recommend this piece--it is good-looking if you like the mid-century vibe, it is definitely sturdy and it stores my small record collection easily with plenty of room for more--capacity is probably around 120?
