I was a little skeptical about buying lash clusters at first seeing some reviews and I do think it takes a bit of practice as it took me over an hour to do them on my first try, but they look so good and natural!Lash map (9, 11, 11, 13, 13, 15)I dipped the cluster into the bond rather than putting it all over my lashes, used 2 different tweezers because the bond is pretty sticky and found the lash sticks to the tweezer. Only used the sealant underneath not on top so it doesn’t make them look as glossy.Lashes held up in water and are cry proof !

This was my first time attempting clusters and it is definitely a learning curve.

First try - applied the glue to base only - no good for me, it stuck and clumped.
Second try - apply only to the bash of lashes - ok a bit better
After a few more attempts I put some glue on a surface and dabbed the base of the lashes into it - this worked! What else worked well was a bottle of rubbing alcohol and cleaning off tweezers for each cluster. I only did a half eye because I prefer that but the lashes are great, glue I will use something else going forward.

I hope this gets easier with time but the result is better than any mascara.

I never take the time to write Amazon reviews, but I felt compelled to share with everyone that these lashes are a GODSEND. I’ve long given up on getting lash extensions mainly because they were so expensive, not to mention that it was a colossal time commitment every few weeks to maintain them. I miss having lashes but I couldn’t justify the dent it was making in my wallet. I thought I’d give lash clusters a shot so I can get the same look without handing over my first son on a silver platter. I was scared because I am totally new to doing my own lashes, but what the heck. I’ll give it a shot!

First and foremost. I will have you all know that I have pitifully short and stick straight Asian lashes. I chose these D curls because I have a folded lid on one eye and a monolid on the other and didn’t want the curl to be weighed down by my lid. I watched a few tutorials on good ol’ TikTok, plotted out on a lash map (started off wanting a doll eye but switched it up and did a mix between that and a cat eye instead), took a deep breath, and went to work. Right off the bat, I made the mistake of putting the bond all throughout my lashes. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID 🥴. It makes the tip of your natural lashes super sticky, making them stick to your tweezer and fake lashes. There was definitely a learning curve and I got frustrated in the beginning, but once I figured out how to position the lash (close to the base of your natural lash but not touching the lid), the process became much easier! If I can do it, literally anybody can. I promise.

Final thoughts: Not too shabby for my first time, I think! Next time I will keep the bond *and* seal close to the root of my lashes because the seal left a sheen throughout lashes that I didn’t like. I will also get those broad plastic tweezers specifically for handling fake lashes. The tweezers that come in this kit are too narrow - with a metal tip - which doesn’t allow you to clamp everything together once you’re done. I’m looking forward to seeing how long they hold up! Fingers crossed!

I purchased these probably about three weeks ago and absolutely love them! I messed around with different lengths and mapping to try and find the style that I like. I haven’t ever had eyelash extensions or even tried strip lashes before so this is all new to me. When doing your lashes you want to make sure you let the bond dry at least a full 45 seconds before putting the lashes on. If this is your first time it’s best to put some Vaseline or something on bottom lashes so they don’t stick and maybe put a little bit of glue on the lash then blow on it till it gets tacky. My first couple sets that I put on that wasn’t very good lasted 3 days before falling off now they are last a good week. If you notice that they are starting to slowly come off you can just reapply a little bit of bond and seal while they are on to try and get them to last a little longer. After the first couple sets you’ll get the hang on the proper way to apply them and won’t be able to feel the weight of them and they’ll be super comfortable to where you forget they are even there. Also get a TikTok and watch some videos on tricks to apply them properly
