Started to develop black soot at site wear tubing connects to pump. Also the Y connector plastic broke within the first 2 months, it just plastic so putting it into place or opening and closing just caused it to break off from use and it was gone when I went to use it one day. I keep my pump and parts in the bag it came with so that was annoying and I’ve been using as a single pump for 3-4 months since, which still works for me just longer pump sessions. When I reached out to Lansinoh via email they were quite responsive asked for the photos and video attached and are sending me a new pump! Really great customer service and I still like the pump, so it all worked out. This is my first baby and pump, so it’s a good experience considering the issues because of how good the customer service has been. I would recommend because it’s much cheaper than the expensive brand everyone uses and there’s parts available for decent prices on their website if you lose anything along the way. It’s in American dollars but at $10 or less per item it’s not very expensive. They also have a “extra pumping set” for $30 US which is still much cheaper than the price on Canadian Amazon and it offers the Large flange set option which I needed after I bought the pump because the 24 mm flange wax causes my nipple skin to peel off and was quite painful. Not sure if other brands offer that. I was a small D before my baby and required a 27mm nipple shield, so the large flange was nice to be able to buy for comfort option. I’m able to just leave it on the normal setting and get the milk bottle full in 30 minutes or less and that’s using only as single pump due to the Y part breaking. Great customer service!

Best pump I've tried so far and it doesn't hurt. Reasonably priced. I tried Mama Cozy and Philips, and this was the best for me and pulled the most. However, it's hard to get replacement parts and it's not dishwasher safe!! I wish everything was dishwasher safe 😅

I never could have imagined I would end up loving this pump as much as I did! I had NO idea just how much I was missing from my medela pump in style until I started using this one as a back up pump. Needless to say, it's now my every day pump.

I love the settings on this! It's an excellent price point for a hospital grade pump. It's so cheap, in comparison to other pumps, that I really didn't expect much from it. Man I wish I had bought it sooner! It is powerful, yet gentle on my nipples. Totally empties me! I'll have several ounces out on each breast and look at the screen to see its only been 4-5 minutes... Amazing! I love that it has a screen too, and shows how long you've been pumping for. My medela pump in style doesn't have that, and for the price point, I really feel it should.

If you're looking for a budget friendly, powerful and reliable pump, look no further! I recommend adding it to a baby registry and using your 15% completion discount to get an even better price, too. Mine was only $100! So, so happy.

I loved this pump so much. It did so great at emptying me. But my baby is only one month old and I’ve already had to buy this pump twice because the suction mechanism has broken.
I am extremely frustrated as I am an exclusive pumper. I have tried to get a refund or return the product and it is not allowed. So here I am, out over $200.

Price is great. Pump is not.

After doing a lot research I came to know about this pump, I love this pump very easy to use and sturdy the only thing I don’t like is the valve one of this broke within a weak I bought, make sure when you clean it do it easy or May be just rinse it with hot water that’s all other wise it fall apart

It’s not as expensive as other pumps. It does its job. It has multiple settings and it’s super easy to use. It gives you the option to plug into the wall or use batteries to become portable. Only down side to it is that you need 6 double AA batteries.. and the batteries drain really fast. Other than that, it’s a great pump system. I like it!
