Ok the reason I got this one was because it has a play button on it and I tend to loss remotes. I was very disappointed to find the play button doesn't work on any DVD or blu-ray I've tried. Other than that it works and I haven't had a problem with it.

It plays my DVD and Blu-rays beautifully. I haven't been able to watch any of my movies in years so I'm thrilled. It doesn't come with all the extra apps which is perfect, since my smart TV has all I need. The user interface is a bit more complicated that I would have liked, but by reading the manual carefully I was able to get the movie started, pause or stop it. Overall I'm very happy with the player.

when I ordered the product it was a Sony larger size dvd player, I noticed right away that it was a lonpoon?
I looked at my order and it showed a Lonpoon, not a sony, I never order a brand that is not well known and
not sure how it was switched out. I feel it works good and hope that this brand I never heard of will last as long as a sony brand. I had to include this because I feel it was switched to lonpoon and was not my original choice.

This is a really good player! It comes with all of the necessary connection cables! I pulled it out of the box and had it connected and turned on to play a movie within 15 minutes! A young person could have done it in 5 minutes! I found the remote to be very odd! Not like any of my others. It looks like a universal remote, not made specifically for this player. There isn’t even a play button! It took another 15 minutes of playing around to figure out how to start a movie!
