I decided not to use this but I can't return it as it's not returnable. It should be plainly stately which items are not returnable. This isn't the first time it happened that I wanted to return something (unused) only to find out it isn't returnable. I haven't used it so I don't know if it's easy to use, easy to remove or has longevity. Very disappointed. Had I known ahead of time it wasn't returnable I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place.

This is a very good product. It covers instantly and is easy to use. I have light brown hair and ordered the Dark Blonde. I found that it was just too dark for me. The next time I got the Light Golden Brown and that is a really good match for me. It really lasts, too. It will stay put until I wash it out. I don't use it to cover grey, but I'm thinning on top, and this is good for concealing the widening part. The one detractor I found is that it does leave the sprayed portion very dull, which looks a little odd next to shiny hair. I like this better than Great Hair Day, however I think it's a little expensive for the amount you get. There just isn't that much in one container, but it is a pretty good product.

QUICK TIP: Just figured out how to fix the dull look. After applying the root cover, LIGHTLY spritz the area with a good conditioning spray. (I use Tweak'd by Nature's Restore spray.) Let it set for a few minutes, then brush. It brings back the shine and doesn't disturb the root cover.

I have used a few root coverups to cover my very light gray hair growth. The dark blonde works perfectly for me. It is amazing and super fast. People who say it’s hard to apply on here are putting it too close to when they spray. It says at least 6 inches away. That’s what I do and it looks natural every time and dries in two seconds, I don’t touch it. I just let it dry and it’s amazing how good it looks. I hope it’s not hurting my scalp. I hope it’s not chemicals that hurt my scalp because I’ve been using Earthling bar, shampoo and conditioner with no bad chemicals in them and it has helped my hair stop coming out as much and I have a lot of new growth. So I got rid of the bad chemicals and I hope this root cover up has not putting bad chemicals in my scalp . I hope someone can answer that question but I love this root cover up. It is perfect. Much better than the others I tried. I don’t ever want to be without it, Lord willing.

Okay, as a 40 year old female I love the concept of a root touch concealer. This product works extremely well and lasts all day and into a second day (don’t use a white pillowcase if you are leaving it in). Somewhat messy to use. The instructions recommend covering your shoulders while applying, but fail to mention anything around you. This hit my white sink bowl and stained it.
There are not enough shade options for blondes. I bought all 3 available blondes and none of them organically match my highlighted/colored blondes. I can only get away with it by blending the color out onto the rest of the hair and even then the new growth coverage jars with the existing hair. I’m sure if you have darker hair this would work much better but I don’t think most blondes would greatly like it. For the times where I have to go somewhere and haven’t gotten into the salon for a regular appointment I’ve had to use the darkest blonde spray to *try* and achieve a natural look. Even then it covers the grays and new growth but still looks like I need to get into the salon.

This is wonderful. I've tried powders and sticks and this beats them all hands down. Easy to apply. Excellent and instant coverage. Easy to apply in difficult to reach places. And it lasts. I haven't been out in the rain or extreme heat in it yet, so I don't know how it holds up there. I'm guessing it would be good to use hair spray in those cases just to be sure. Overall really happy I'm getting extra back up to have on hand and am never going back to sticks or powders.
